Ans- We notify parents immediately and ensure the item is returned safely the next day or via a quick handoff if possible

2. Can I contact the rider during the ride?

Ans- Yes. Each rider is reachable via phone or WhatsApp for urgent updates or coordination. We encourage minimal distractions during transit, but we’re always responsive.

3. What if my child is sick or absent for the day?

Ans- Just inform us by 2 hours before the school pickup time and we’ll skip the pickup for that day. No cancellation charges apply for occasional absences.

4. Do you offer sibling rides or group pickups?

Ans- Currently, we follow a one-child-per-ride policy for safety. However, sibling rides may be considered if both children are of similar age and comfort level — feel free to ask.

5. Are riders trained to handle younger children?

Ans- Yes. Our riders are briefed on age-appropriate care, including how to assist toddlers during pickup and ensure smooth handoffs at school gates
